CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy At Permanent Makeup By Bree, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Significant time is dedicated to consultation, preparation, scheduling, and customization prior to your service. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced. Booking Deposit A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined below. Deposit Refund Policy If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit. After the initial 48-hour period has passed, all deposits become non-refundable. Any cancellations made after this period, including cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. No Refunds All payments and services rendered are final. Permanent Makeup By Bree does not offer refunds for completed services, touch-ups, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, changes in desired style, or healed results affected by individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, medications, or medical conditions. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of the artist. Deposits will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of all deposits and may require full prepayment for any future appointments. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future booking requests at the discretion of the studio. Appointment Approval Permanent Makeup By Bree reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule appointments if a client is determined not to be a suitable candidate, fails to follow pre-care instructions, arrives with contraindications, or provides incomplete or inaccurate health information. In such cases, deposits may be forfeited. Results Disclaimer Permanent makeup is both an art and a cosmetic tattoo procedure. Healed results vary from client to client, and no specific outcome, color retention, symmetry, or longevity can be guaranteed. Additional sessions may be required and are not included unless otherwise stated. Artist Cancellation Should Permanent Makeup By Bree need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date. Refunds will only be issued if the appointment cannot be reasonably accommodated. By scheduling an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, cancellation, refund, and studio policies.
